National League Final Standings & League Leaders

Here are the final standings and league leaders for the National League in my all-time franchise. This season was played on MLB The Show 19. If you want to check out the American League numbers, they can be found here.

On a final charge, the surprising Colorado Rockies squeaked by the St. Louis Cardinals for the final wildcard spot and will travel to Los Angeles to play a winner take all game. More on the playoffs will be shared in a later post.

Kris Bryant had a monster season as can be seen below leading the league in batting average and hits. He was also second in OBP and runs scored and finished third in homers with 37. Hall of Famer Christy Mathewson was dominant registering the most wins in the majors with 21, tops in pitching WAR, second in overall ERA, and was tops in strikeouts as well with his 268 whiffs. Ben Sheets came out of nowhere to notch 20 wins for Milwaukee which was easily one of the noticeable outliers of the campaign.
